Yoga Therapy for One combines movement and open-ended, non-directive dialogue to focus on the body’s inner wisdom, facilitating your experience of what’s happening in the present moment.  This awareness then becomes a lens to explore your relationship with daily life – giving an opportunity to carry awareness and richness into your daily world, empowered with greater well-being in body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Yoga Therapy for Couples combines movement and open-ended, non-directive dialogue to focus on your body’s inner wisdom, facilitating each partner's experience of what’s happening in the present moment.  This awareness then becomes a lens through which to explore your relationship within daily life – giving opportunities to carry awareness and richness together into your world.  Yoga Therapy for Couples harnesses the power of mindfulness and embodied presence to engage the heart, body and mind for more aliveness and intentional partnering.

A 9-week Journey of Self-Discovery and Greater Well-Being

Inspired by Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy,  this small group program combines movement, mindfulness, and community connection to support you in moving through life’s transitions.

  • Navigate worry, anxiety, and stress with ease.
  • Cultivate clarity, self-awareness, and peace.
  • Lead a happier, more fulfilling life.

This course meets on Zoom 2 hours weekly, plus a full day self-lead Silent Retreat.
